Overview
These terms apply to all purchases made through the Vago Soul website. By placing an order, you agree to follow these terms along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Orders are processed within 5 business days. If you need to cancel, reach out as soon as possible. Once an order is in fulfillment, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes, discounts, and promotions are applied at checkout. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods through a secure checkout.

Shipping
We ship within the U.S. only, using the most efficient carrier available. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. All other shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
If your package is lost or stolen after shipping, contact us at info@vagosoul.com and we’ll help you through next steps.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted. To start a return or exchange, email info@vagosoul.com

International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. International orders are not supported at this time.

Security
Your payment information is protected through SSL encryption. We do not store card details. For more information, refer to our Privacy Policy.
