When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I return an item?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items are not eligible. To start a return, email info@vagosoul.com.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges follow the same guidelines as returns. Email us to get started.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
If your order was marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, or if the package arrived damaged, contact the shipping carrier. You can also email info@vagosoul.comand we’ll help where we can.
